From the first training to the last match.

Team Manager schedules matches and training sessions, assigns locker rooms and pitches, and collects attendance from parents. An app for Luxembourg's football clubs.

Saturday, 10:30, pitch 1. Four U7 matches at once, each on its own pitch. A U15 match, on the other hand, takes a whole pitch: Team Manager knows it and plans the morning accordingly.

A week at the club, hour by hour.

Your players, teams, locker rooms and pitches are entered once. After that, every week is prepared in one place.

  1. Sunday 20:00

The coach creates the week's link and posts it in the U11 WhatsApp group. Parents reply present or absent.

  2. Monday 4:00

Automatic sync: categories and teams are up to date before the first volunteer wakes up.

  3. Thursday 12:15

Saturday's match moves from 10:00 to 11:00? Locker rooms and pitches follow on their own.

  4. Friday 18:00

Locker room sheets, door posters and the weekend programme get printed.

  5. Saturday 8:45

Every team knows its locker room, its pitch and when to arrive. So does the referee.

The Team Manager calendar: the week of 12 to 18 October 2026, one day per column, each match and training session with its time, pitch, opponent and number of players attending.

Six locker rooms, two shower blocks, seventeen teams in one day.

Team Manager works out who uses which locker room, from arrival to departure: your team, the opponents, the referees. It even counts the wait for the showers when several locker rooms share them.

The schedule is never set in stone: when a match changes time, the schedule follows. Drag and drop is all it takes to correct it, and an alert flags anything the calculation could not solve.

  • A locker room reserved for referees
  • Preferences per team: always locker room 4 for the Seniors
  • U7 plateaus: every visiting team counted
The locker room schedule for Saturday 17 October 2026: one column per locker room, one card per team with its arrival, kick-off and departure times.

Every match has its pitch, warm-up included.

From the start of the warm-up to the end of the match, every home match and training session takes its share of a pitch. Two U9 matches share a pitch, a U15 match takes all of it, and no pitch ever holds more than it can.

A team always prefers the same pitch? You set it once. To correct, drag a card from one pitch to another, and anything that cannot find room is flagged, with the reason.

  • Preferred pitch per team or category
  • Pitches reserved for training
  • Locker room and players' replies on every card
The pitch schedule for Saturday 17 October 2026: one column per pitch, two U9 matches side by side on pitch 1, a girls' U11 match on pitch 2, a U15 match across the full width.

Small-sided pitches, drawn to the scale of your ground.

Team Manager places every home match and training session according to the size set for the category: two U11 matches or four U7 matches on a full-size pitch.

The pitch then appears everywhere: in the calendar, on the match page, on the parents' page and on the printed sheets.

Three 100 × 64 metre pitches drawn by Team Manager: four small U7 pitches of 15 × 25 metres, one U9 pitch of 25 × 35 metres, two U11 pitches of 30 × 64 metres.

U7 four matches at once

U9 one match in the middle

U11 two matches side by side

Everything parents need to know, every week.

One link per category and per week. Parents find the kick-off time, the ground, the pitch, the locker room and the shirt colour, plus links to Waze, Google Maps and Apple Maps to get to the ground.

  1. Create the week's link for the U11s.
  2. Send it to the WhatsApp group or any other, by e-mail or by text message.
  3. Parents reply present or absent, match by match.
  4. The coach sees the replies on their calendar, straight away.
The page a parent opens on their phone: the U11 match against Luxembourg City FC on Sunday at 9:30, the map of the ground, and the list of called-up players with their reply.

The weekly sheets, door posters and programme come from the same calculations as the screen. What you print on Friday matches what the team will find on Saturday.
